The Detroit Tigers will try to snap a four-game losing streak on Friday night in Kansas City.

The Tigers (78-57) play the Royals (69-65) at 8:10 p.m. Eastern time at Kauffman Stadium.

Catcher Jake Rogers; infielders Trey Sweeney and Andy Ibanez; and outfielder Jahmai Jones will be available off the bench. The full lineup is below.

On the mound, Tigers right-hander Chris Paddack (5-11, 4.98 ERA) will face Royals righty Seth Lugo (8-6, 3.99).

Paddack allowed one run in five innings, striking out one and walking one in his last start, which was against the Royals on Aug. 23 in Detroit . Since joining the Tigers he’s struck out just 14 batters in 26 innings.
