DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A Davenport man faces multiple charges of sex abuse of a child.

Billie Rogers was charged with six counts of felony second-degree abuse of a child.

The Scott County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rogers after a CPRC forensic interview with the child on Aug. 26.

The child told police the abuse started in 2018, when they were 4 years old. The abuse continued until 2025, according to Rogers’ arrest affidavit.

A forensic interview allows multiple investigators and advocates to listen while the child is asked open-ended question, so the child won’t have to be interviewed by multiple people.
