Ethan Hawke will attend this year’s Hamptons International Film Festival to talk about his upcoming film, "Blue Moon,” which will screen as one of the festival’s Spotlight selections.

The festival's 33rd edition runs Oct. 3-13 at venues around the East End.

Hawke plays lyricist Lorenz Hart in "Blue Moon,” which is set in Manhattan’s storied Sardi’s restaurant on the night that his former writing partner, Richard Rodgers (Andrew Scott), celebrates the opening of his Broadway smash "Oklahoma!,” written with Oscar Hammerstein II (Simon Delaney). "Blue Moon,” scheduled for release Oct. 17, is directed by Hawke’s longtime collaborator Richard Linklater ("Before Sunrise,” "Boyhood” ) and features Margaret Qualley and Bobby Cannavale.
