Yolanda Hadid has learned a lesson that stressin' and obsessin' 'bout somebody else is no fun.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum had a touching reaction to Taylor Swift 's sage advice about blocking out negativity.

In a post on her Instagram Stories Aug. 28, Yolanda re-shared a screenshot of Taylor appearing on her fiancé Travis Kelce 's New Heights podcast earlier this month that was paired with one of her quotes from the two-hour conversation on how to deal with haters.

"You should think of your energy as if it's expensive, as if it's like a luxury item," the Grammy winner's quote read. "Not everyone can afford it."

And Yolanda made it clear that she was a big fan of the wisdom, writing underneath the message, "I LOVE IT.... Note taken @taylorswift."
