Opening the pre-season on Friday in Kitchener, the Bulldogs were 4-3 winners against the Rangers. Article content Article content

Both teams got off to a hot start in the game with each scoring on their first shot.

Josh Avery opened things up for the Bulldogs at 1:02 of the first period and that goal was followed by a Matheas Stark marker at 2:16.

Following a scoreless second period, Brantford once again went ahead when Aiden O’Donnell scored. After Haedon Ellis tied the game at 2-2, the Bulldogs scored twice in a row with Cooper Dennis and David Buchman tallying.
