Ranking the top 50 players in NBA history…

13. Kevin Durant

Durant is arguably the most gifted natural scorer in league history, and his career is fascinating (not to mention ongoing), spanning multiple teams and eras.

Drafted No. 2 overall by the Seattle SuperSonics (later Oklahoma City Thunder) in 2007 out of Texas, Durant has averaged 27.2 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.4 assists through the 2024-25 season.

A 15-time All-Star, he won NBA MVP in 2014 with the Thunder and has led the league in scoring four times (2010-2012, 2014).

After nine seasons in OKC, which included a 2012 Finals appearance, Durant joined the Golden State Warriors in 2016, winning back-to-back championships (2017, 2018) and Finals MVPs, averaging an incredible 35.2 points per game in the 2017 Finals.
