LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Male made it's way back to Ballard for a week two meeting for the second straight season while the Bulldogs continue to wait for their field renovations to finish up.

The Bulldogs quarterback, Jordan Williams, had two passing touchdowns in the first half. One to Collin Jefferson, the second to Saivion Vaugh to take a 17-0 lead at the break.

Ballard was able to get on the board in the third quarter thanks to Santee Brock. The junior had two rushing scores for the Bruins.

In the second half when the Bruins started to mount a comeback, it was the Bulldogs' defense that came up with crucial stops. With less than 10 minutes to go, the Bruins were stopped at Male's 18 on a fourth down run.
