WHITMAN COUNTY, Wash. – A deadly collision has fully blocked U.S. 195, about four miles south of Colfax, the Washington State Patrol (WSP) reported.

The crash happened on Friday shortly after 7 p.m. near milepost 32. WSP officers responded quickly and set up detours to manage traffic. Northbound traffic is being rerouted at milepost 272, while southbound traffic is being redirected near the Albian turn-off.

Information about the incident remains limited, and there is no update on when U.S. 195 will reopen.
