KALISPELL – The Great Falls High football team started off the 2025 season with a 21-7 nonconference victory over Kalispell Flathead in a game called after halftime due to lightning strikes.

Receiver Steele Harris hauled in five catches for 162 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including a 55-yard score, while Mason Cannon added another score on the ground.

Junior quarterback Tristan O’Leary finished 8-for-9 passing with the two touchdowns to Harris. Defensive lineman Brandon Schoenen led Great Falls High with seven tackles, while safeties Kayden Davison and Jace Komac each had four.

The Bison of head coach Coda Tchida return home to Memorial Stadium for a nonconference game against Missoula Big Sky on Friday at 7 p.m.
