The Emergency Food Assistance Program will distribute food in Monroe County in September.

The program is available to residents who meet income guidelines or participate in programs such as SNAP, WIC, CSFP, cash assistance or SSI, according to a community announcement.

Participants can receive food from only one distribution site each quarter.

Distribution dates and locations

The food distribution will take place at various locations throughout the county:

4 to 5 p.m. Sept. 3: Dundee United Methodist, 645 Franklin St., Dundee

9:30 to 11 a.m. Sept. 4: Bedford Goodfellows at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Community, 8330 Lewis Ave., Temperance

4 to 5 p.m. Sept. 4: London Township Hall, 13613 Tuttle Hill Road, Milan

10 a.m. to noon Sept. 9 and Sept. 23: Zion Lutheran Church, 8307 M
