CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a missing 1-year-old boy who was last seen with his biological mother in Speedwell.

Friday night, the TBI issued the alert for Ashton Franklin. Franklin is 2'6" tall and weighs about 20 pounds with brown hair.

When the toddler was last seen, he was with his biological mother, Christine Franklin, 30, near Berry Hollow Road in Speedwell. She has brown hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing an oversized gray shirt and pink shorts.

Anyone who was has seen them or has information about where Ashton Franklin or Christine Franklin may be is asked to contact the Claiborne County Sheriff's Office at 423-626-3385 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
