LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Three people have been arrested by Webb County Constable Pct. 1 Deputies during several traffic stops.

Javier Ochoa Beltran was arrested and charged with two counts of smuggling of persons, a third-degree felony.

Gregorio Tzoc Tulu had a warrant for his arrest in Harris County and was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.

Alexis Rodriguez was also arrested and charged with a class B misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated.
