A house in Ewing that sold for $850,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Trenton area in the past week.

The area saw a total of 13 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $328,000. The average price per square foot was $159.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 18 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
