WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — One person was injured Saturday afternoon in a shooting at a south Wichita sporting goods store.

The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. at a shooting range in the 2600 block of West Pawnee, near Pawnee and Meridian.

First responders arrived to find a victim with an injury to the abdomen. The victim was transported to a Wichita hospital with suspected serious injuries.

Authorities have not released details on what led up to the shooting.
