GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County Police have reported that a man who disappeared last week has been found safe.

On Tuesday, Sept. 2, 21-year-old Marcus Thornton was found safe, according to police.

Thornton's family first reported him missing on Thursday, Aug. 28. He was last seen near Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Miller Drive.

According to authorities, Thornton was last seen wearing a black scarf, a black short-sleeve collared shirt, black tights and black Crocs.
