A Florida home’s doorbell camera captured a dramatic daytime shooting this week in Plantation, near Fort Lauderdale. The incident occurred around noon on Wednesday when four suspects arrived in a blue-gray Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 Coupe. The vehicle, which had a Florida license plate, was reported stolen from Miami Gardens.

The surveillance footage shows the suspects exiting the car and opening fire on the rental home. After the shooting, they sped away from the scene. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.

The Plantation Police Department is actively searching for the suspects. They noted that the victims, who also reside in Miami Gardens, have not cooperated with the investigation. As a result, the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.

In a social media post, the police stated, "The motive for this shooting is unclear at this time." Authorities are also investigating a possible connection between this shooting and another incident that occurred 45 minutes later in Miami-Dade, near Interstate 95.

Police are urging anyone with information about the shooting to contact Broward County Crime Stoppers at 866-493-8477.
