Sixteen entrepreneurial students from Laurentian University spent the summer transforming their business ideas into reality, thanks to a partnership between the university’s Foundry and the City of Greater Sudbury’s Regional Business Centre .

This year’s Summer Company program saw a record number of participants, with two international students funded through exclusive grants from The Foundry , and the remaining 14 supported by the Government of Ontario.

The program offers students up to $3,000 in start-up funding, along with training and mentorship to help them build and run their own businesses.
