Brentford star Yoane Wissa has finally spoken out amid summer speculation linking him with Newcastle United . The Congolese international released a detailed statement on Instagram, claiming the London club is blocking his path to the Champions League hopefuls. ‌

The striker, who celebrates his 29th birthday on Wednesday, hasn't featured for Thomas Frank's squad in the league this campaign. In mid-August, he deleted all references to his current club from his Instagram profile. ‌
