In denying Dugan’s motion to dismiss the charges against her, District Judge Lynn Adelman found that she was not entitled to general immunity for any judicial act she performed. But Judge Adelman left open the possibility that the court could recognize a “more limited version of judicial immunity” for some judicial acts.
