Seven-time Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton suffered his first DNF with Ferrari after crashing out of the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort. Hamilton was chasing his former teammate George Russell on Lap 23 when he oversteered and crashed into the barrier.
The incident occurred at the exit of the banked corner at Turn 3 when light rain started to fall. Hamilton ran wide and spun out at the area where the banked corner levels. The front right section of his SF-25 F1 car suffered heavy damage, leading him to retire from the race.
