RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - There was a major injury solo motorcycle crash in the 1500 block of Sky Valley Drive in Reno at 7:07 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, according to a Reno Police Department news release.

Impairment appears to be a factor in this wreck that left the driver with life-threatening injuries, the release said.

REMSA transported the driver to a local hospital.

In addition to the Reno Police Department and REMSA, the Reno Fire Department responded to the incident.

The Reno Police Department Major Accident Investigation Team is handling the investigation.
