Katy Perry has silenced the sceptics by revealing staggering earnings from her The Lifetimes Tour.
Amid speculation about sluggish ticket sales, the singer has revealed blockbuster figures from the tour, selling more than a million tickets to date and grossing more than $80 million (£60 million), Billboard reports.
The total reflects earnings from shows across the US, Canada and Australia, with more legs of the global trek still to come in Latin America, Europe and China.
With months of shows still ahead, The Lifetimes Tour is shaping up to be one of the most lucrative and expansive runs of Perry's career.
Her six China shows, two in Hangzhou, three in Shanghai and one in Haikou, sold out in just one minute after going on sale, her team confirmed.
The Teenage Dream singer brings her spectacle to Europe in October, with UK stops in Glasgow, Manchester and London, along with shows in Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy and more.
Perry's financial accomplishment comes amid a tough time in her personal life as she and partner Orlando Bloom confirmed their breakup in July after nine years together.
Additionally, the pop star's apparent budding romance with former Canandian PM Justin Trudeau has already "cooled off", the Daily Mail reported earlier this month.
