HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - HONOLULU Magazine’s Hale Aina Gala is returning to The Royal Hawaiian this Saturday, Sept. 6.

This year’s theme, “A Night in Morocco,” will feature live performances inspired by Marrakesh Street festivals.

The gala will feature 10 celebrated award-winning chefs who will showcase a signature dish with global inspiration and local ingredients and techniques.

Inspiring dishes include Moroccan spiced lamb tacos, salmon bombs and beef tagine with couscous from Hale Aina new restaurant winner Giovedi and other honorees, like Lady Elaine and Aloha Beer Company.
