EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — A man faces charges after police say he inappropriately touched a cleaning service employee in Monroe County.

The 42-year-old victim told police that 23-year-old Cristian Kent hired a cleaning service to give an estimate to clean his home. While Kent was speaking with the woman, he allegedly asked for a hug. That's when police say he groped the woman.

Kent then allegedly tried several times to get the victim to go upstairs with him. When the victim told Kent she would not be providing services to him, police say he touched himself inappropriately several times.

Kent faces indecent assault and related charges in Monroe County.
