MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The University of Memphis police department is investigating a hoax threat that was made Sunday to the university’s main campus.

Police assisted campus police, and all information at this time indicates that the threat was a hoax.

Action News 5 has reached out to the University of Memphis police for additional information.
