Former Sanford Seminole star Ethan Pritchard, a freshman linebacker at FSU, was the victim in a shooting Sunday night, as confirmed by a source close to the situation told the Sentinel.

There was no word on his condition at this time, but he was taken via ambulance to a nearby hospital.

The Gadsden County sheriff’s office put out a statement that a man had been shot in Havana, a town just outside of Tallahassee. The statement did not identify the victim. The sheriff’s office reported that an unidentified man was shot near the Havana Heights Apartments at the corner of 16th Street and South Main Street in Havana and taken to the hospital.

Pritchard is believed to have family living in or near Havana. Pritch
