A new online service has been announced for Department for Work and Pensions ( DWP ) Attendance Allowance claims. The change from the DWP has been introduced for pensioners and is a new online claim service.
But state pensionersare warned the new service will only be able to carry a "limited number of applications each week". People can also apply for Attendance Allowance via post by either printing and submitting the claim form available on GOV.UK , or by ringing the helpline on 0800 731 0122 to request one.
The DWP has updated its guidance for those applying by post, reminding claimants not to "write anything except the Freepost address on the envelope."

A DWP spokesperson said: "We are temporarily te
