COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The week starts off dry. It will get more humid toward the middle and end of the week bringing back a slight rain chance. Temperatures heat up, too, and highs in the 90s are right around the corner.

Mostly sunny Monday with a few more clouds noticeable during the afternoon. Nice and dry for those Labor Day cookouts. Highs between 83 and 86 degrees. Humidity will be tolerable with a nice breeze out of the east around 10 mph with gusts to 20 mph at times.

Mainly clear Monday night. Cool overnight with lows early Tuesday mostly in the low 60s.

Lots of sun Tuesday. Still dry with highs in the mid 80s.
