Hearts have been melted by a rescue dog's adorable reaction to her new bed and blanket, and it might just be the first time she's ever felt such comfort and love.

Maria Morell has opened her home to Auggie, a dog who was found wondering the park by herself. The dog was clearly malnourished, nervous, and it's believed that she's endured neglect in the past. If Morell and her husband didn't foster Auggie, she was going to be taken to the shelter and likely euthanized because of her ill health.

Since taking Auggie in, Morell has been documenting her experiences on TikTok (@maria.morell__). A particular video of Auggie being given a new dog bed and blanket just for her has truly captured attention online, generating over 466,300 views and 52,900 likes on TikTok at the time of writing.
