Fans of Lassalle’s French Market & Farm, and its previous incarnation as Lassalle’s New Orleans Deli, can rejoice that some of their favorite foods are going to be readily available once again.

The Pump Bar, 602 S. Lewis Ave., has teamed up with Lassalle’s founders Chris and Amanda West for “Lassalle’s at the Pump,” offering po’boy and muffaletta sandwiches along with such staples as chicken & sausage gumbo, red beans & rice, and crawfish etouffee.

Chris West said the products will be a mixture of made-in-house items, along with dishes prepared at the Wests’ commercial kitchen and brought in daily.
