A woman who went to the hospital because she thought her IUD was causing painful cramps was left speechless when doctors told her the actual cause.

TikTok user Nat (@mamacitanat) went viral after sharing a video of the moment she and a friend went to the hospital, with no idea about what was yet to come.

At the time, Nat thought that the intrauterine device (IUD) she had recently got was causing her painful and constant cramps. It didn't seem normal to her, so she went to the hospital to get it checked.

Nat had also experienced some unusual symptoms around that time, as she felt exhausted, forgetful and as if she had a prolonged hangover. She was still getting her periods every month, and she wondered whether it was "maybe a tumor or maybe a cyst" that was causing the pain.
