Since it’s the first of September, it’s officially Back To Hogwarts day – and that’s the case, too, for one of the original cast members from the films. Because, to mark Harry Potter fan day, more casting has been confirmed for HBO’s incoming Harry Potter series , currently in production – and it’s been revealed that Warwick Davis will be going back to magic school.

Davis will be reprising his role of Professor Flitwick, the Charms teacher, a role which he portrayed in the big-screen adaptation across the entire saga. Davis also portrayed goblin character Griphook in the films, but he won’t be taking that part in the series – it’s been announced that Leigh Gill, previously seen in Joker and its sequel Folie À Deux , will appear in that role.
