A 21-year-old man from Missoula died on Sunday evening after two motorcycles collided outside of Clinton.

The Montana Highway Patrol reports the crash happened at 9:10 p.m. when the motorcycles, which were headed in opposite directions, collided on Kendall Creek Road.

The other motorcyclist, a 23-year-old man from Clinton, was injured in the crash.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

MHP reports alcohol is suspected to have been a factor in the crash.
