CHILLICOTHE — City police handled a series of calls on Sunday, August 31, ranging from thefts and disorderly conduct to drug possession and a non-suspicious death, according to the department’s daily media report.
The first incident came just after midnight when an officer on patrol spotted an intoxicated man lying on the sidewalk of the N. Bridge Street bridge. The man was cited for disorderly conduct.
Minutes later, officers were dispatched to Pine Street after a caller reported a vehicle break-in. A short time after, crews responded to Plyleys Lane and Belleview Avenue on reports of an ATV crash caused by failure to maintain control.
