ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) -- Have you picked out our pet's Halloween costume yet? The spooky season is hauntingly close!

The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is having a frightening Pets & Halloween Pet Photo opportunity on Sept. 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A $50 donation will get each participant a 10-minute session that comes with one digital image. Additional printed photo packages are also available.

Multiple pets can be in the photo, and costumes are not required.
