A diner escaped uninjured after a car pushed a road barrier into them while they were dining at a Boston restaurant Monday morning.

Several cars began performing three-point turns to avoid the traffic, which is when one of the cars backed up into the barrier and pushed it into the customer sitting at a corner table.
John Baumann says the driver acknowledged they caused the incident but drove off before checking if the person was OK.
