Dave Roberts has played a vital part in building a strong Dodgers team. The franchise has spent a lot in the offseason to extend its star-studded lineup. They brought in several stars with deferred payments, all to win the World Series for the second straight time.

Roki Sasaki was a notable addition along with Blake Snell, Tommy Edman, Teoscar Hernandez, Kike Hernandez, etc. While Sasaki’s deal didn’t seem to be working out well, most of the other players have done a fine job.

Snell has been a great addition, and his pitching is paying off. Dave Roberts was happy to bring in some of the World Series heroes from last season. However, more than Sasaki, Michael Conforto was one of the biggest disappointments.
