Jannik Sinner needed just 81 minutes to take his revenge on Alexander Bublik in the fourth round of the US Open, held on Monday (September 1). It was Bublik who became the first player other than Carlos Alcaraz to beat Sinner this year, in the second round of the Halle Open, following which, the Kazakh ace lifted the title.
But in his first fourth-round US Open clash, Sinner handed him a triple breadstick. It was the best performance the Italian ace produced so far in the tournament. The fact that throughout the match, Bublik could win just three games completely stunned him.
