A Nevada mom was "beside herself" after discovering her daughter had been left alone at a roller rink during a birthday party she thought she was safely attending.

Lauren Rodriguez posted a clip on TikTok (@lauren.m.100) and said that she had asked the hosting parent if it would be fine to drop off her daughter, Ashlyn, while she ran an errand.

The parent agreed and told Lauren the party would be over at 5 p.m. But when she returned at 4:30 p.m., Lauren said the party room was locked and dark, and her 9-year-old was skating by herself, making her feel like "the worst mom ever."
