A 13-year-old boy has been charged in Kentucky after an elderly woman was filmed getting groped on her front porch, according to authorities.

Shocking security footage shows a young creep approaching Jan Fletcher, 78, outside her Louisville home on Aug. 26 while claiming to be innocently seeking directions to a nearby park — and asking if she was alone, according to WLKY .

He then walks behind Fletcher and pretends to dust something off her back — before groping her buttocks. 3

“This was shocking,” Fletcher told WLKY.

“As soon as that happened, I said, let me tell you something, you better get out here and you better go now,” Fletcher told WLKY.

“So he did. He was gone.”
