PHOENIX - Our active weather week continues!

Today:

Following scattered strong to severe storms on Monday evening, another round of scattered storms is forecast for Tuesday. The best storm chances around Arizona will be focused over northern Arizona and far southern Arizona. Storms in southern Arizona this afternoon have the potential to kick up dust and/or winds into this evening. Those winds and dust may impact the Valley with a 20% chance of showers to make their way into the metro area.

Like yesterday, any thunderstorms that develop around the state have the potential to turn strong or severe with heavy rain, gusty winds, and lightning.

While chances for the Valley surge up from the south on Tuesday, they'll shift in from the east on Wednesday. An
