ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The City of St. Petersburg is set to hold two public hearings this month to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Budget. The meetings provide an opportunity for residents to voice their opinions on the city’s financial plan and the proposed millage rate before it’s finalized.
The first public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, at 6 p.m. at Council Chambers, located at 175 5th St. N. During this meeting, the City Council will consider adopting a tentative FY26 budget and millage rate.
The second and final hearing will take place on Thursday, September 25, at the same location and time, where the council will consider the final adoption of the FY
