Nicholas Braun was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of DUI, police confirmed to The Cut. The actor, who is best known for playing Cousin Greg in Succession , was pulled over in New Hampshire on Friday night for allegedly driving under the influence. Police said he was also driving without headlights on.

According to TMZ , which broke the news of the actor’s arrest, Braun was briefly locked up in Carroll County jail, but was released on his own recognizance about an hour later. No booking photo was taken, reportedly because “the police camera wasn’t working.”
