A 6-year-old boy suffered a fractured jaw, ribs and pelvis after a 37-year-old woman plowed through barricades and crashed into a crowd Monday at Harrisburg’s Kipona festival, police wrote in court documents.

York Haven resident Elizabeth Bohrer was “out of it” and appeared under the influence when police stopped her after the crash around 6 p.m. Monday on Front Street, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Harrisburg police.
