Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said podcast host Don Lemon "stormed the Capitol" after he visited her office with a request for an interview.

In a video posted to X on Tuesday, Lemon was seen entering Greene's office with activist Carlos Alvarez-Aranyos of American Opposition.

"I'm sure you've seen the protests on the streets," Alvarez-Aranyos explains to a Greene staffer in the video. "We were one of the organizations that started that."

"You're not residents of our district and you haven't requested [a meeting]," a staffer complains.

"Yes, well, we're here requesting a meeting," Alvarez-Aranyos says.

"We're American citizens," Lemon states after one staffer accuses the group of "bombarding" the office.

At that point, the staffer hands business cards to Lemon and Alvarez-Aranyos before they leave the office.

Greene later shared a portion of the video and accused Lemon of misogyny.

"Capitol Police had to ask Don and his production team to leave for aggressively harassing my staff after they stormed the Capitol and my office," she wrote. "Isn't this inciting an insurrection??"
