CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The family of a woman who was shot dead in Millvale Sunday is speaking out against the alleged shooter, who was also the victim’s ex-girlfriend.

According to Cincinnati police, Taralynn Bowers, 29, was shot by Marshee Luther along the 200 block of Millvale Court just before 4 p.m. following an argument between the two.

Bowers’ family said they’re hoping for justice after their loved one was taken too soon.

“It just feels weird, like unreal and it still kind of doesn’t feel real. She leaves behind four kids,” Adrienne Wilson, Bowers’ sister, said. “I just know people were saying that as soon as she walked into the house, then they heard shots instantly, like it was just a couple of seconds afterward.”
