Officers have launched a search for a missing Edinburgh man as concerns grow for his welfare.
Police Scotland have appealed to the public for help in tracing Christopher Agnew who was last in touch with his family on Tuesday September 2 at 1am.
The 41-year-old was is understood to have connections in the Ferry Road area of the capital as well as in Musselburgh, East Lothian.
Christopher is described as white, around 6ft, of medium build and with brown, thinning hair.
Sergeant James Muir said: “We need to make sure Christopher is safe and well and we are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to get in touch.
“Please keep a look out and if you see anyone matching his description call us on 101, quoting reference number 0543 of Tuesday, 2 September, 2025.”
