The ABC are set to learn whether they will be required to pay penalties in addition to a $70,000 compensation payment following the wrongful dismissal of freelance journalist Antoinette Lattouf.
The national broadcaster was ordered to pay $70,000 in compensation to Ms Lattouf following findings the ABC breached the Fair Work Act by telling her she was not required for the last two days of a five-day casual stint on ABC Radio Sydney in December 2023.
