LEWISBURG — Union County will conduct a comprehensive countywide property reassessment project for 17,647 county properties, the county's first since 2006.

At Tuesday’s public meeting, the commissioners approved a $1,376,564 service agreement with Tyler Technologies, of Texas, to conduct the reassessment through Nov. 15, 2027. Tyler Technologies is also contracted with Northumberland County for its reassessment project, approved in late 2024.
