The sentencing for the teen convicted of killing a classmate at Joppatowne High School last year has been rescheduled.
Jaylen Prince, 16, was found guilty of fatally shooting 15-year-old Warren Grant in a school bathroom on Sept. 6, 2024. Classmates said the altercation started over a girl.

Prince was convicted in May of first-degree murder and other related charges. He was originally scheduled to be sentenced in September.
Prince faces life plus 28 years in prison. The sentencing date has been moved to Oct. 14.
